Commissioning of the long abandoned ultra-modern Referral Hospital at Kaiama in Kolokuma-Opokuma Local Government Area. It was commenced under the Melford Okilo regime in the old Rivers State and brought to about 60% completion by my predecessor. I completed and fully equipped it. That will be a huge boost to healthcare delivery in our state. I have directed that similar referral facilities be built in all the other local government areas.
